Job description

Rental Coordinator (Part-Time) – Riverfront Programs Schedule: 20–40 hours/week (average); flexible with evenings, weekends, and holidays

What You'll Do

You'll be the go-to person for coordinating rentals across Promenade Park, Headwaters Park, and other riverfront spaces. From booking and contracts to on-site support, you'll help create seamless, memorable experiences for the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage rental inquiries, bookings, contracts, and payments from start to finish • Coordinate schedules and communicate with internal teams to avoid conflicts • Provide tours of rental spaces and deliver strong customer service • Oversee events and rentals on-site, ensuring compliance and smooth operations • Set up, tear down, and maintain cleanliness and readiness of facilities

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Assist with oversight of instructors, volunteers, and event support staff

What You Bring – Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED • 1–3 months of related experience or equivalent • Strong communication skills and ability to work with the public • Organized, dependable, and able to work independently

Preferred Certifications

  • Valid Indiana Driver's License • First Aid and CPR Certification
