BridgeNet's customer base spans Fortune 500 and Global 2000, and with annual logistics spend under management of over $5.4 billion, is well positioned to support its customers' complex global supply chains.
Role Summary
The Project Manager supports the BridgeNet PMO by owning task-level governance and delivery across assigned functional workgroups within the 4PL program. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages work group meeting cadences, and ensures all assigned deliverables are completed on time and to the quality standard expected by the program. The Project Manager serves as a key connector between workgroup members and PMO leadership, maintaining visibility into task status and proactively managing risks at the workgroup level. This is a high-accountability execution role requiring strong organizational discipline, clear communication, and the ability to keep diverse global teams aligned and moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate cross-functional workgroup members to manage and deliver all assigned project plan tasks and milestones within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Set and lead workgroup meetings, establish focused agendas, capture action items and notes, and distribute summaries to all relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Track and follow up with work group members to confirm committed tasks are completed on time, escalating delays or blockers to the Principle Project Manager.
• Communicate regular project status updates from assigned workgroups to the Principle Project Manager per established reporting cadences.
• Escalate relevant issues and risks to the PMO management team with supporting documentation and recommended mitigation options.
• Proactively identify and execute mitigation plans for regional or workgroup-level project risks before they escalate to program-level impact.
• Maintain up-to-date task trackers, workgroup status reports, and RAID log entries for all assigned workstreams.
• Support onboarding of new workgroup members by orienting them to program governance standards, communication protocols, and task expectations.
• Assist the Principle Project Manager in cross-workgroup coordination, dependency management, and resource conflict resolution.
