About Us

Our company is a leading construction firm specializing in Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) projects. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-time Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage various ICI construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution:
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure project designs meet client requirements and industry standards
    • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction to closeout
    • Implement and maintain project management methodologies and best practices
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff
    • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members
    • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals
    • Resolve conflicts and address performance issues as they arise
  • Budget and Cost Control:
    • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle
    • Monitor and control project expenses, identifying and mitigating potential cost overruns
    • Prepare and review cost estimates, change orders, and invoices
    • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize project costs
