Bilingual Spanish Marketing Trainee
Scottsdale, Arizona, USA
We're looking for a Bilingual Spanish Marketing Trainee to join our team and play a key role in expanding the reach of our Marketbook Latin America publication, website and hosted services. In this position, you'll travel and visit distribution points across various Latin American countries to connect buyers and sellers with our valuable content.
This position will involve frequent travel to Mexico and other Spanish-speaking Latin American countries to acquire and maintain new and existing contact information for the bulk distribution of our trade publications. They also will travel domestically and internationally to industry trade shows to promote our publications, websites and hosted services, which may include overnight and weekend stays. Travel is usually around 1-2 weeks per month.
A travel bonus is paid based on the number of days of travel per quarter. With this bonus, most successful trainees see $60,000 or more per year in earnings while working a 4.5 day work week!
While in office, the Marketing Trainee will optimize distribution strategies by using market research to identify the most timely and cost-effective distribution channels for our publications, including researching postal carriers, distribution companies, and printers. They also will assist with corporate training, process website registrations, enter auction results, and contribute to other miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• In Office Position. 4.5-day regular work week. Ability to commute daily to local office is required.
• Bachelors degree with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Communications or other related areas, or equivalent work experience preferred
• Ability to gain knowledge of the products and customers of the industries Sandhills Global serves.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Able to work independently and communicate within a team environment
