  • Monitor project financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support business practice goals
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with leadership and project teams, sharing performance updates, milestones, and successes
  • Champion quality control, risk management, and project audits to ensure reliable, compliant, and resilient water/wastewater solutions

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred
  • Deep understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws
  • Strong background in business development and client relationships
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and build relationships across the company
  • Strong experience with project budgeting and financial oversight

  • Take the lead on meaningful water and wastewater projects that protect public health, preserve natural resources, and strengthen community resilience
  • Collaborate with a passionate team of water professionals who value innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous technical growth
  • Thrive in a flexible, supportive work environment while contributing to high-visibility infrastructure projects that make a lasting difference
