Job description

Job Summary:
CaroMont Health is seeking an Associate IT Project Manager to assist in the planning, execution, and finalizing of projects. The role involves coordinating resources and efforts of team members to deliver projects according to set objectives and timelines.
Responsibilities:
• assist a Project Manager in the planning, execution, and finalizing of a project according to set objectives and timelines
• functions under the supervision of the Director of the IT PMO and/or designated Project Manager
• acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and potentially third-party vendors to deliver projects according to plan
• must be a great communicator, tactful, diplomatic, problem solver, thinker, analyzer, and possess the ability to understand and respond to client's needs in a rapidly changing business environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Health Care Sciences or equivalent
• 3-5 years experience in related field
• Knowledge of PMI Methodology and PMBOK required
• CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification required
• 3,500 hours leading and directing projects
• 35 hours of project management education
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem solving skills and a collaborative approach to meeting clients' needs
• Highly self-motivated and self-directed
• Ability to execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with scheduled deadlines
• Analytical skills with the ability to develop solutions derived from researching documentation
• Proficient in MS-Office and project management applications
Preferred:
• Experience in Information Technology environment
• Experience in Agile teams
