Information Technology Vision: We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and energetic IT professional to join our growing Information Technology team with New Wave Group.

Our Location:This role is based out of our Cutter & Buck subsidiary, Dallas Fulfillment Center in Grand Prairie, TX. This position is primarily onsite, with eligibility for a hybrid schedule of one (1) remote workday per week after a successful 90-day review, based on business and support needs. Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, day shift.

Job Summary:Reporting to the Director of IT Operations, this position contributes to centralized IT operations supporting multiple New Wave Group companies and locations throughout North America. Travel to other company locations in the U.S., Canada, and Europe is required and must possess a valid passport.

Provide administration and operational support for enterprise IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows and Linux servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms, patch management, backup and recovery solutions, endpoint management, and security technologies. Monitor system health, perform maintenance and upgrades, support disaster recovery initiatives, and ensure high availability, performance, and security of business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory environments, including user and group management, Exchange, security policies, multifactor authentication (MFA), Group Policy, OneDrive, Intune, Autopilot, and related identity and collaboration services.
  • Administer Windows and Linux server environments, including physical, virtual (VMware), and cloud-hosted infrastructure across hybrid on-premises and cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to perform basic network administration, troubleshooting, and support activities.
  • Execute and maintain patch management processes for servers, appliances, and endpoint devices, including testing, deployment, validation, and compliance reporting.
  • Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions, including recovery testing, documentation, and automation efforts to ensure business continuity.
  • Ensure endpoint protection and security platforms remain compliant and aligned with organizational standards.
  • Serve as an escalation resource for complex technical issues by resolving advanced support requests and coordinating with other IT teams when necessary.
  • Install, configure, maintain, lifecycle, and upgrade third-party server applications, infrastructure platforms, and management tools.
  • Proactively monitor the health, performance, and availability of server, network, and cloud infrastructure using enterprise monitoring and management platforms. Implement automated monitoring, alerting, and remediation where appropriate.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, including system configurations, deployment procedures, installation guides, and operational processes.
  • Work independently while managing priorities and delivering results with minimal supervision.
  • Participate in after-hours maintenance activities, infrastructure projects, system upgrades, and on-call support rotations as required.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years IT experience as a System Administrator.

  • Strong administration skills with M365/Azure and Network Administration.
  • Comfortable in both Windows and Linux with exposure to scripting languages. e.g. PowerShell
  • Experience with Meraki, Vmware environments, Ansible, is a plus.

Fast-paced environment supporting multiple companies and technologies

Hybrid schedule: 1 remote day per week after 90 days, subject to business needs

Travel required to support locations across the United States and Canada. Travel for training and/or collaboration with teammates in Europe.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and assist with equipment setup, relocation, and disposal

Participation in hands-on IT infrastructure and deployment projects
