Provides project support for corporate and field initiatives by researching, monitoring and resolving daily issues to ensure successful program implementation. Provide high level support to Bronze Operations management with current processes and identifying continuous process improvement initiatives to streamline daily tasks. Acts as liaison between corporate office, field and vendor to ensure initiatives are successful. Serves as example in performing high quality, detailed work with accuracy and efficiency on a daily basis. Maintains professionalism when interacting with team, location staff and other organizational groups. Lead initiatives for new technology and supporting the reimagine goals. Review Bronze Cemetery Operations standards and practices for opportunities to improve.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Support
  • Works with Bronze Cemetery Operations Manager to complete high-priority projects and interacts with other corporate departments to manage data flow and deadlines
  • Research and respond to location customer requests
  • Assists in creating and implementing improvement solutions to existing processes as well as corporate driven policies and procedures related to field operations
  • Assist with bronze production issues, discrepancies and challenges
  • Provides operational feedback and resolutions on various corporate and field initiatives by recognizing and anticipating potential issues with locations
  • Provides analytical and special project support to Bronze Operations Support Team
  • Assists in defining, measuring and tracking key performance indicators to drive and support the operations projects, team and location performance metrics
  • Define requirements, measure progress and drive for results on multiple initiatives
  • Develop, implement and assist with analysis and spreadsheet (Excel)

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM Requirements
Education:
  • Business Degree Preferred

Experience:
  • Four (2) years of applicable work experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Intermediate Excel skills (data analysis and metric reporting)
  • Ability to travel less than 15%
  • Highly detail oriented with a careful eye for quality control and presentation of work
  • Self-motivated and driven to produce results within tight deadlines and with maximum quality within allowed time constraints
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills, including ability to speak in front of groups
  • Project management skills a plus
