Job Overview:

The Project Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting warehouse and logistics operations for client projects. This role coordinates communication across internal teams, suppliers, 3PLs, and clients to ensure materials are ordered, shipped, tracked, and delivered efficiently through our internal management system. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, highly organized, and able to communicate professionally with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

General Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate order processing, shipment tracking, and inventory updates using our materials management system.
  • Communicate with the client and supplier to confirm order details, resolve issues, and provide timely updates.
  • Track logistics schedules to ensure smooth material flow and ontime delivery.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiriesโ€”responding with clarity, patience, and professionalism.
  • Anticipate potential issues, propose practical solutions, and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Support administrative documentation such as purchase orders, shipment records, and reports.
  • Qualifications:Must Have:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal).
  • Previous experience in customer service, account coordination, or project support roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Serviceoriented mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Patience, adaptability, and a teamfirst attitude.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams) proficiency.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Professional proficiency in both Mandarin and English is a plus.
  • Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supplier coordination.
  • Familiarity with enterprise or materials management systems (ERP or similar).
