Project Superintendent

You'll run the field and make the calls. As a Project Superintendent, you'll be the trusted leader ensuring Massachusetts infrastructure projects are built safely, on time, and with quality.

What you'll be working on (and more)

  • You'll oversee heavy civil/bridge construction.
  • You'll plan manpower, equipment, and daily operations.
  • You'll enforce safety and maintain productivity.
