What You'll Accomplish with Us

As a Student - Administrator, Group Savings and Retirement, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Processing new enrollments and contributions;

  • Making updates to active participant accounts (beneficiary changes, address, SIN, etc.);

  • Supporting the cash management team by handling deposits (money transfers, payments, etc.);

  • Reviewing transactions completed by colleagues for accuracy;

  • Responding to emails and participating in team meetings.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is currently studying accounting, actuarial science, business administration, or any related field;

  • Stands out for their curiosity;

  • Demonstrates a high level of rigor;

  • Has a strong attention to detail;

  • Is recognized for their strong adaptability;

  • Is comfortable with technology and tools such as Microsoft Office and Adobe;

  • Is available to work part-time during semesters (minimum of 21 hours/week, 3 days per week from Monday to Friday during the day) and full-time during the summer;

  • Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the individual will be required to read documentation in English, communicate via email and video calls with English-speaking colleagues, and work within a Canada-wide team on a daily basis;

  • Any level of French is an asset. Must be willing to use communication tools, templates and translation to work with documentation in French and collaborate with French-speaking colleagues.
