Job Description

Site Manager to work with design team, customer's engineering/maintenance personnel, and contractors as part of project specific teams.  Team size varies depending on project size and complexity. 
Experience with the build-out of the inside of an industrial facility, including process and utility equipment installation.
- Daily presence at construction site - willing to travel and relocate temporarily for the project
- Management of Contractors including Mechanical, Electrical, Controls and Specialty Contractors
- Daily reporting of construction activities including daily log and pictures
- Managing construction RFI's, changes, submittals, and all related construction documents
- Construction documents review
- Construction bidding, evaluations, and recommendations
- Assist in the development and management of construction schedules.
- Assist in the management of construction budgets.
- Construction documentation, ability to read prints.
- Management of construction commissioning, training, and project close-out.
- Build rapport and communication with the end-client.
 

Qualifications

Qualifications

- BS degree preferred

- Knowledge of industrial utility systems.  
- 5 - 15 years' experience.
- Experience with the management of contractors and teams.
- Willing to travel to job sites.
- Understanding of the design process.
