Role Title: Construction Manager

Duration: 12 to 18 months contract

Work Location: Annapolis Junction Maryland


Pay Rate: $80/hr on W2 + 15 PTOs/year + Per diem

Construction manager role will be in charge of keeping track of all construction activities from the constructability, schedule, QAQC, and safety standpoint.

What is the ideal background of a candidate for this role?:

Data Center construction.


How will contractor performance be measured?:

The ability to hold accountable the GC to finish the building and minimize project risk by keeping track of project milestone.
