This position reports to:

Project Operations Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project results.
The work model for the role is hybrid, based in Cleveland, OH or Houston, TX.
This role is contributing to the AUEN in the US. Main stakeholders are customers in the Power and Water industries.
Responsibilities:

  • Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.

  • Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.

  • Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.

  • Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.


Qualifications for the role:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in the Electrical, Automation or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in Automation industry executing and or managing complex Automation and or Electrical projects, working as an engineer or project manager.

  • Experienced with highly technical projects and the Power and Water or Oil and Gas market.

  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of portfolio & strategy, project finance & cost, HSE management, knowledge management & task management, to name a few.

  • You are passionate and are innovative around working in a team environment and being the team leader.

  • You hold current work permit in the US and do not need any further sponsorship.

  • Position will be based in Cleveland, OH or Houston, TX (Relocation assistance is not available).
