  • Provide project management support (including application andsystem) for GTO and Federated Hermes' business departments
  • Provide training on PMO processes, tools and techniques
  • Determine and document project management office objectives.Translate business objectives into documented business and functionalrequirements.
  • Perform analysis, prepare functional specifications, andconduct functional testing for approved projects. Coordinate, review, andvalidate this work when prepared by project team members.
  • Work with technical and development staff to conduct unit,system, and user acceptance testing. This includes developing andpublishing test specifications, preparing test data, and creating useracceptance documentation.
  • Facilitate communication between Project ManagementOffice,Client' business areas, and GTO regarding projectmanagement and business initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively across multiple functional areas toachieve desired results.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, orequivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project managemnet experiencerequired, including proficiency with project management methodologies.Two to five years ofbusiness systems analysis preferred.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in understanding business needs and practicesrequired.
  • Knowledge of project management-oriented analysis tools andtechniques, especially Planview Portfolios, is preferred.
