Job Description MEP Project Manager Location: Nashville, TN Employment Type: Full-Time | Leadership Role | Travel Required About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic MEP Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-impact projects across multiple locations while collaborating closely with internal teams, clients, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Our culture is team-oriented, collaborative, and highly communicative.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask effectively, and enjoys driving projects from start to finish while mentoring and empowering teams to succeed. Key Responsibilities Oversee and direct field projects, managing either one large-scale project or multiple smaller ones simultaneously. Plan, organize, and staff key field positions in collaboration with regional department heads.

Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within company guidelines. Act as the primary liaison with clients and key stakeholders to coordinate project activities and ensure smooth execution. Monitor construction progress and collaborate with Superintendents to maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Identify potential risks and proactively implement corrective measures to avoid project delays or cost overruns. Represent the company in project meetings, client discussions, and strategic negotiations. Oversee project financials, including budgeting, contract compliance, fee payments, and rental equipment.

Maintain strong client relationships while fostering a supportive, collaborative, and high-performing project culture. Take on additional leadership responsibilities as assigned by corporate executives. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

5+ years of experience in construction, design, finance, and project management within the MEP industry. Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams in a collaborative, communicative, and goal-driven environment. Strong understanding of corporate and industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills - able to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Business-minded approach with a strategic focus on project success, client satisfaction, and financial performance.

Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments.
