Delivery Manager

What you'll do for us
  • Participate in the complete lifecycle of projects from blueprint to hypercare
  • Create a detailed project plan and align all stakeholders on the jointly developed project plan, milestones, and timelines
  • Track plan vs. actuals and document the reasons for any deviations. Develop action plan to mitigate any delays.
  • Provide detailed project status to all stakeholders on the agreed upon cadence
  • Document vacation schedules for all team members
  • Approve all timesheets and invoices in a timely manner
  • Complete any project management and administration tasks required by the client
  • Ensure each team members knows the tasks and deliverables they have to work on
  • Document any risks and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans
  • Maintain a detailed issue log with appropriate ETA, ownership and resolution
  • Provide necessary knowledge transition and documentation to o9 support team post go-live
  • Continually engage with the customers to manage priorities and expectations
  • Ensure timely communication with regards to any project or personnel concerns.

What you'll have
Experience: 6-10 years of experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in the supply chain/ logistics domain with a focus on planning Project Management experience through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation including business requirement gathering, solution design & development, UAT/SIT, and deployment Experience using agile methodology to deliver enterprise implementations.
Education: Bachelor's or Master degree.
Skills:
  • Knowledge of supply chain solutions.
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and artifacts is a must
  • Knowledge of project management software (Microsoft Project, JIRA etc.), spreadsheet
  • (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), document processing (Microsoft Word, Google Docs),
  • presentation (Microsoft PowerPoint) is required
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation and demonstration are required
  • Ability to work in teams, distributed across locations and time zones
This position at o9 Solutions has an annual salary range of $127,345-$175,099. Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in our medical, retirement, and other company-sponsored benefits.**The above information reflects the expected base salary range, although the lower and upper bounds may vary based on location, skills, experience, certifications, licenses, or other relevant factors.
