What is a project moderator?

Project Moderators are professionals responsible for overseeing and facilitating the progress of a project, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members. They help to manage discussions, resolve conflicts, and keep the project on track according to its timeline and objectives. Project Moderators often act as a bridge between different stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and that the project goals are met efficiently. • Design market surveys to discover customer or partner preferences, needs, buyer journeys, etc.
  • Straddle multiple research projects at the same time.
  • Evaluate program methodologies, vendors and research tools on a regular basis to ensure Marketbridge is using best‑in‑class for these given areas.
  • Support and mentor the team in primary research best practices.

Skills & Abilities
  • Excellent verbal, writing, and editorial skills in addition to skills already outlined above.
  • Persuasive and goal‑oriented.
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
  • Self‑motivated, competitive and upbeat attitude with a drive to succeed.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
