Job description

Are you looking for an opportunity to learn and grow while helping others do the same? If so, there is an exciting opportunity here on State Fund's Corporate Learning team!
  • Collaborate with a team to administrate an employee development program
  • Assist with communications and evaluation during and after training
  • Assist with the creation of surveys, analysis of results, and provide reports for management and make recommendations for improvements
  • Create and manager the EPP newsletter, including content development, layout and distribution
  • Support virtual training facilitators as a moderator
  • Provide in-person customer service and technical support in our Vacaville-based Learning Center
  • Serve as a resource for special projects.

Effective July 1, 2025, the State of California implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) which reduces an employee's monthly salary in exchange for leave credits. Employees appointed to this classification will have their monthly salary reduced and will accrue hours of PLP 2025 on the first day of each pay period in accordance with the applicable bargaining contract.
