At Greystone, a New Charter Company, we are seeking a Project Manager, Professional Services (in other companies this person could hold the title of IT Project Manager, Professional Services Project Manager, Technical Project Manager) to lead multiple project teams in delivering simultaneous medium and large sized IT projects while exceeding customer expectations.
This is a remote position within the United States, working Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours.
Core Responsibilities
The Project Manager, Professional Services is responsible for leading multiple project teams to deliver simultaneous medium and large sized IT projects, exceeding customer expectations for each project. This includes, but isn't limited to:
  • Effectively managing internal and external resources and schedules throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Partnering with IT resources to own project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Enhancing systems and processes that ensure availability and optimal function of the project teams
  • Actively and effectively document throughout the project lifecycle leveraging project management templates
  • Promoting the use of industry standard processes and frameworks, and the adhering to internal control practices within IT

Preferred Skills & Experience
  • 1-3 years IT Project Management or coordination experience
  • Previous Managed Service Provider experience supporting multiple client engagements
  • Strong attention to detail, and an ability to execute with precision while juggling multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to collaborate and earn influence with diverse sets of technical people across different service lines for a positive project outcome
  • Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with external stakeholders, from end users to C-Suite executives
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft platforms (e.g. Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, and all other current flavors of Windows)
  • Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to take ownership of complex situations and protect team members
