At The Third Estimate, were looking for a Project Manager who can take full ownership of residential exterior projectsfrom takeoffs and ordering to scheduling, walkthroughs, and final completion.

What Youll Be Doing:

Own the Project Manage roofing and windows jobs from kickoff through completion
Takeoffs & Ordering Accurately measure, estimate, and order all materials
Scheduling Coordinate crews, deliveries, and timelines to keep jobs on track
Budget Management Monitor costs, control job profitability, and avoid overages
Customer Experience Communicate clearly with homeowners and ensure satisfaction
Job Walkthroughs Conduct pre-construction meetings and final inspections
Problem Solving Address issues in real time to prevent delays or callbacks
Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with sales, production, and customer service


What Were Looking For:

3+ years experience in roofing and/or window project management
Strong knowledge of takeoffs, materials, and installation processes
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accountability
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
Valid drivers license, clean driving record
