Job description

Essential Duties:
  • Deploy and Image computer assets
  • Manage, configure, and deploy software applications.
  • Provide support for Helpdesk team members.
  • Manage, update, and support all assigned Windows Servers or software applications.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve Desktop operating and application issues
  • Assist in supporting the printer/printing infrastructure
  • Assist in maintaining/cataloging IT assets
  • Assist Administrators in ad hoc IT special projects.
  • Manage, configure, and troubleshoot endpoint protection systems.
  • Perform system moves, adds, and changes for end-users.
  • Work with customers to ensure better understanding of new technologies and to provide in-person and remote phone support to answer questions about devices and issues.
  • Participation in nights and weekend work as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of related experience.
  • An associate degree in Information technology or related field. IT certification and work experience may be substituted for this requirement.
  • A working understanding of Office 365.
  • A working understanding of Windows Server 2016/2019/Windows 10/11
  • A familiarity with PowerShell its uses within an enterprise environment.
  • Experience providing onsite and remote support assistance.
  • Strong customer service capabilities.
  • Possess a working knowledge of IT Standards.
  • Possess a working knowledge of Network Fundamentals.
  • Comfortable working with IT support ticking systems.
  • The ability to mange their time and strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or Azure services is a plus
  • Experience Administering O365 or Email systems is a plus
