In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
  • Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
  • Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications
  • Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
  • Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
  • Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs
Your contribution to the team:
  • Proactive risk management to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
  • An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
  • Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.
Required Skill and Experience
  • Strong experience in project management and agile methodology.
  • Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle: drafting, redlining, negotiation, execution, renewals, and amendments.
  • Structure high-value Statements of Work (SOWs) across various commercial models (T&M, Fixed Price, Outcome-based).
  • Drive competitive RFP/RFI/RFQ initiatives and align Contracts to meet Infosys standards.
Preferred Skill and Experience
  • Experience in Banking domain
  • Manage project plans, timelines.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and modern delivery methodologies.
Additional Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
