With over 30 years of experience in the acquisition, development, rehabilitation, and management of apartment communities across the Western United States, we are a trusted partner in the property management industry. MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for our beautiful property, Stone Cliff Apartments, in Aurora, CO! This person will be responsible for building and training their team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and all operational tasks to help the property thrive!
Qualifications
  • 2 years of management or supervisory experience in property management.
  • Yardi or any property management software experience preferred.
  • Team building and effective management skills a must!
  • Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc. are required to make this position a success!

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary range $84,000 - $86,000
