Job Summary:
PamTen Inc is seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master to lead and support cross-functional teams in delivering complex development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Scaled Agile frameworks and will facilitate Agile ceremonies while ensuring adherence to best practices across teams.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and PI planning.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog prioritization and alignment with business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging Rally metrics and reporting to track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and best practices across teams.
• Foster collaboration between development, QA, DevOps, and cloud engineering teams.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles to enhance delivery effectiveness.
• Identify and resolve impediments to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 12+ years of overall IT experience with significant expertise as a Scrum Master.
• Strong background in Scaled Agile (SAFe) delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Rally (CA Agile Central) for metrics and reporting.
• Proven track record in managing development projects with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• SAFe or Scrum Master certification highly desirable.
Preferred:
• Cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
