What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a project manager scrum master?

To thrive as a Project Manager Scrum Master, you need a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, project management principles, and a relevant certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP.
