Can a project manager become a Scrum Master?

They coordinate sprints, conduct daily stand-ups, and support continuous improvement using tools like Jira or Trello. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and knowledge of Agile principles.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Project Manager Scrum Master, and why are they important?

Scrum Masters focus on facilitating team collaboration, removing impediments, and coaching Agile practices, which require human judgment and interpersonal skills that AI cannot replicate. AI tools are seen as complementary to the Scrum Master role rather than a replacement.
