Minimum Bachelor degree with 10+ years of experience managing diverse programs and projects/initiatives
Experience in running governance for large scale technology programs
Experience and tolerance to work iteratively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates commitment to excellence by anticipating needs, mitigating risks and minimizing potential problems
Collaborative, team player with the ability to connect across groups
Critical thinking/analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to make effective presentations
Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively
Have familiarity with Python Development 
Have Financial Background
