Job description

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Electrical Superintendent to join our Special Projects Division. In this role you will lead, oversee, and coordinate electrical field operations for large scale, complex projects, with extensive responsibility for manpower planning, scheduling, quality control, budget control, and safety standards.

Duties
  • Lead, supervise, and support electrical foremen, lead electricians, and field crews while managing manpower and work assignments
  • Develop and maintain a materials logistics plan with the Project Manager covering deliveries, staging, and inventory
  • Plan, coordinate, and sequence electrical work to meet project schedules and milestones, working with project managers and clients
  • Monitor costs including labor time and materials
  • Mentor foremen and electricians, supporting workforce development and performance improvement
  • Provide clear direction on installation methods, productivity expectations, and safety requirements
  • Coordinate electrical work with other trades, general contractors, inspectors, and client representatives
  • Support accurate daily reports, manpower tracking, and progress documentation
