The Role 

The Senior Manager, Quality Management System (QMS) is responsible for developing, maintaining, and leading Lucids enterprise-level Quality Management System in alignment with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, internal standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. This role drives cross-functional governance, compliance, continuous improvement, and systemic quality excellence across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Field Quality, and Customer Experience.

What You Bring 

Required 

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. 
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in Quality Management Systems, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, or Regulatory Compliance. 
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders. 
  • Hands-on experience leading an IATF 16949 and/or ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System. 
  • Deep expertise in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PFMEA/DFMEA, Control Plans, CAPA, and risk management. 
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform the essential duties of the position, including understanding work instructions, safety procedures, and job-related communications.

Preferred 

  • Masters degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related discipline. 
  • ASQ CQE, CMQ/OE, or related certifications. 
  • Experience leading enterprise QMS transformation or digital quality initiatives. 
  • Electric vehicle manufacturing experience. 

Work Requirement 

Regular onsite engagement is required to support governance activities, audits, process reviews, and strategic quality initiatives.
