Job description

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the performance of all trade contractors in conjunction with the Field Superintendent.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage project costs and provide monthly project updates
  • Manage project cost changes and related project budgets
  • Review architectural and engineering drawings to ensure that all specifications and regulations are followed
  • Manage day to day client interactions and expectations
  • Manage quality assurance/quality control program
  • Understand and enforce contract and subcontract agreements, including contract negotiations and change orders

Requirements:

  • Mimimum 2 years of experience functioning as a Project Manager
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to identify and ensure project safety
  • Multi-tasking
  • Ability to meet owners' needs
  • Excellent verbal and witten communication skills
  • Healthcare construction experience preferred
