Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred. 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) is required. 
  • 5+ years of experience in project management including monitoring of finances.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project. 
  • Exceptional and autonomous problem-solving abilities. 
  • Clear and concise communication skills. 
  • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail. 
  • Knowledge and understanding of Project Management. 
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions. 
  • Experience with Resman, Yardi, RealPage, On-site is preferred. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. 

In this role, you will 

  • Develop and executive comprehensive project plans, following the Project Management team’s strategy while creating customizations based on project objectives. 
  • Independently manage multiple complex projects, simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. 
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of issues.
  • Schedule and lead regular project meetings, prepare and distribute project status reports, and provide updates to project stakeholders and executive leadership. 
  • Monitor and control project budgets, expenses, and resources, ensuring efficient utilization and adherence to financial constraints. 
  • Monitor project performance and adjust as needed to ensure successful project completion, including managing changes in scope, timeline, and resources. 
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Prepare project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and debriefs, and maintain project documentation repository. 
  • Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies, incorporating industry best practices and lessons learned into future projects. 
  • Uphold and promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within the project team and across the organization. 
  • Read, comprehend, and collaborate with Legal on contracts, legal agreements, and vendor documentation to support project planning and evacuation.
