As a Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to drive successful project execution while maintaining high standards of quality, communication, and operational efficiency.
The Project Manager serves as the central point of coordination for assigned projects, proactively identifying risks, managing timelines, resolving issues, and ensuring project objectives align with organizational and client expectations.
Project Manager Responsibilities Include:
  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of multiple projects.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage client, vendor, and internal stakeholder relationships to ensure expectations are met.
  • Track project deliverables, budgets, and key performance metrics.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and ensure accountability for deliverables.
  • Analyze project performance and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in project management.

Project Manager Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3+ years of project management or operations management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience managing client and vendor relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software is preferred.
  • PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or similar certifications are a plus.
  • Automotive, manufacturing, logistics, fleet, or service industry experience is preferred but not required.
