Job description

Our client, HHI Corporation - a growing federal-focused construction firm with an opportunity in Ogden, Utah - is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to drive project execution and drive overall project performance in a field-based role. Responsibilities
In this high-impact role, you will lead project teams and oversee the day-to-day project operations, ensuring alignment with project schedules, budgets, and client expectations. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, managing key personnel, overseeing documentation (RFIs, submittals, and change orders), and maintaining compliance with contract requirements. You will also collaborate with internal teams, clients, and design professionals to drive results while maintaining a safe and efficient job site.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, along with at least five years of project management experience, preferably in federal, commercial, industrial, or heavy civil construction, with federal project exposure a plus. Experience managing multiple multi-million-dollar projects is strongly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, and Primavera (P6) is required, along with familiarity with Oracle or similar project management systems. Preferred certifications include OSHA 30, EM385-1-1, and Construction Quality Control for Contractors (USACE) or the ability to serve as an alternate QCM. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to lead teams, coordinate subcontractors, and manage budgets and timelines in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 DOE
