Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Pre-Construction:
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, scopes, schedules, and budgets.
    • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients to define project requirements.
    • Secure permits, approvals, and documentation needed for site mobilization.
  • Construction Management & Execution
    • Oversee day-to-day operations on active construction sites.
    • Coordinate subcontractors, labor crews, equipment delivery, and material logistics.
    • Conduct routine inspections to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
  • Budget, Cost Control & Financial Oversight
    • Track project costs, purchase orders, and labor budgets.
    • Review and approve invoices, change orders, and subcontractor pay applications.
    • Identify, mitigate, and prevent cost overruns through proactive management.
  • Leadership, Communication & Team Coordination
    • Lead and motivate field teams to deliver high-quality work on time.
    • Facilitate communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
    • Resolve conflicts, maintain strong team morale, and keep operations moving efficiently.
  • Risk Management & Issue Resolution
    • Identify potential project risks, delays, or compliance challenges.
    • Develop solutions quickly and professionally to maintain project momentum.
  • Documentation, Reporting & Client Updates
    • Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and schedule updates.
    • Provide professional, timely reporting to clients and executives.
    • Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience in telecom, commercial construction, industrial remodels, or related sectors.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud, Smartsheet, Google Suite, and general construction management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, job-site operations, and OSHA safety regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid Drivers License and ability to travel nationally.
  • PMP Certification preferred but not required.
