The Project Manager will oversee construction projects within the business services industry, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Client Details A well-established commercial general contractor with a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality projects throughout the region. Known for its collaborative culture, repeat client relationships, and commitment to excellence, the company continues to grow through strategic investment in its people and a consistent pipeline of negotiated and competitive work. Description Plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. Manage project budgets and ensure costs stay within the allocated resources. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders. Lead and guide project teams to achieve project objectives effectively. Resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Profile Proven experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor. Essential estimating and pre-construction experience. Experience delivering projects across a combination of Industrial, Manufacturing, Warehouse & Distribution, Restaurant / Hospitality, Office, and Education projects Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and project delivery. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year.
