Job Title: Senior Enterprise Project Manager (Strategic IT Delivery)
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and assertive Senior Enterprise Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale, cross-functional IT programs. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle-from initiation and planning through execution and closure-ensuring all initiatives meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements. You will serve as a strategic partner to business and technology stakeholders, facilitating high-level governance, managing complex RAID logs, and delivering executive-ready status summaries. The ideal candidate possesses an ownership mindset, excels at influencing without authority, and is comfortable professionally challenging stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End Project Leadership: Manage 3-6 concurrent projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring strict adherence to PMO standards across Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Scope & Financial Control: Maintain a strong command over project scope, schedule, and cost management. Execute rigorous change management and impact assessment processes for high-complexity initiatives.
• Strategic Artifact Management: Develop and maintain core deliverables, including detailed project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies), and closure documentation.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and assess risks, implementing aggressive mitigation strategies and escalating issues to protect delivery outcomes and regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Partner with business and vendor stakeholders to drive shared ownership of outcomes and manage expectations through clear, audience-appropriate communication.
• Governance & Reporting: Facilitate Steering Committee meetings and corporate oversight activities. Provide accurate updates in project management systems and ensure compliance with all internal controls.
• Resource Coordination: Manage project resources and inter-team dependencies, resolving constraints with a solution-oriented mindset to maintain project momentum.
• Value Realization: Capture and communicate project outcomes, highlighting implementation benefits and lessons learned to provide organizational visibility into delivered value.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional technical experience.
• Experience:
• 4-6 years of experience in a formal Project Management role.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects with a medium-to-high degree of complexity.
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
• Core Skillsets:
• Influence Without Authority: Confidence in facilitating difficult conversations and building partnerships across organizational lines.
• Organizational Mastery: Strong planning and prioritization skills with the ability to connect individual tasks to high-level value.
• Communication: Exceptional oral and written presentation skills; comfortable presenting to and challenging upper management.
• Technical Tools: * Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall/Agile).
• Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-driven project management tool experience is a significant plus.
