Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional strategic initiatives across the organization. This role provides governance, project planning, prioritization, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and execution oversight for enterprise projects that support EHOB's strategic objectives. The Project Manager partners with business leaders to ensure initiatives are appropriately evaluated, prioritized, resourced, and executed while providing visibility into portfolio performance and organizational capacity.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning activities including scope definition, work breakdown structures, schedules, resource requirements, dependencies, and success metrics.
  • Facilitate alignment between project teams, functional leaders, and executive stakeholders to ensure timely decision-making and issue resolution.
  • Establish and maintain project risk, issue, assumption, and dependency logs; facilitate mitigation planning and escalation of enterprise-level risks.
  • Lead project governance processes including scope management, change control, prioritization, and executive decision support.
  • Manage relationships and communication between internal and external clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Understand industry trends and their impact on project plan
  • Support enterprise-wide strategy for new initiatives and processes
  • Originate and moderate workshops to identify risks, goals, needs, solutions and insights to support product development driven initiatives with cross-functional team members
  • Support organizational project intake, evaluation, scoring, and prioritization process to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Maintain visibility across the project portfolio including project status, resource utilization, capacity constraints, and organizational priorities.
  • Facilitate portfolio review meetings and provide recommendations regarding project sequencing, prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, templates, and best practices.
  • Support and collaborate with other EHOB Project Managers
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ year's experience in project, program, or portfolio management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience with project management software and tools (Monday, Jira, Asana, or similar)
  • Experience leading enterprise, operational, manufacturing, supply chain, IT, product development, or business transformation initiatives preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) strongly preferred
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Sprint methodologies is preferred

  • Language skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public group, and/or boards of directors.
  • Mathematical skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts.
  • Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of information.
  • Computer skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
