Role Description

The General Superintendent/Self Perform Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Shelby Township, MI. This position involves managing and leading self-perform field operations, overseeing project execution, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and maintaining schedules and budgets. The role requires close collaboration with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery while driving efficiency, accountability, and teamwork.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Carpentry, field operations, and supervision of self-perform crews
  • Strong skills in project scheduling, resource planning, and budget management
  • Working knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and construction methods
