Job description

Purpose of the Jobย 

The Production Manager, Corrugated POP Displays, is responsible for all aspects of production, purchasing, and execution of client marketing programs. This person works with client stakeholders, suppliers, internal team members, and external stakeholders to help in the engineering of display production, costing, and project timelines.ย ย ย 

This will be a hybrid position based in Phoenix, Arizona. This role will be required to be in office 2-3 days per week, with the ability to work from home the remaining days. ย 

Key Responsibilitiesย ย 

  • Collaborate in an on-site client environment for the intake and ideation of corrugated display projects.ย ย 
  • Gather project requirements and collaborate with internal and external partners on design direction, delivery timetables, and maintaining an updated status of assigned projects.ย ย 
  • Initiate a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project. Provide pricing and design options.ย ย 
  • Execute projects within contract-specified timelines, according to budget requirements and quality standards.ย ย 
  • Review BOM, CAD files, and prototypes.ย ย 
  • Input all project specifications and relevant data into an internal procurement system and maintain key data points in the system, including customer quotes, purchase orders, and invoices.ย ย 
  • Build relationships and communication channels with clients to ensure smooth workflow and handoffs.ย ย 
  • Liaison between internal and external stakeholders, agencies, and suppliers to ensure quality and on-time delivery within budget.ย ย 
  • Execute production efficiently in accordance with the procedures described in business processes.ย ย 
  • Identify and develop programmatic solutions, which are both beneficial and economical for the client and HH Global.ย ย 
  • Provide high-quality customer service, communicating to clients with appropriate and relevant status updates.ย ย 
  • Engage in a consultative partnership with the client to improve achievement of marketing goals on assigned projects.ย ย 
  • Ensure goal tracking and achievement of SLAs and KPIs is consistent with client standards and contractual requirements and internal KPIs related to operational efficiency.ย ย 

Knowledge, Skills + Experienceย ย 

  • 3+ years of product category production experience specifically related to corrugated displays.ย ย 
  • Ability to work in a very client centric environment.ย ย 
  • Proven track record of successful purchasing experience in a manufacturing, client, or agency environment.ย ย 
  • Experience with vendor negotiations and project management.ย ย 
  • Client communication and problem-solving experience with a solution-oriented mindset.ย ย 
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office software.ย ย 
  • Demonstrated aptitude in learning new technology for application in a professional environment.ย ย 
  • Ability to work independently with a drive to continually hit goals and succeed.ย ย 
  • Experience excelling within fast-paced, high-energy environments.ย ย
