This Opportunity

For over 40 years the Komline-Filtra Systems team has specialized in custom engineered industrial and separation filtration solutions serving industries such as metalworking, water/wastewater treatment, chemical, mining, and steel. With over 60 patents and 21,000 systems installed across 37 countries, Komline-Filtra Systems offers a wide range of products ranging from water purification, coolant/oil filtration, air/mist collectors, and pressure filters.

The Project Manager II will oversee all aspects of a project going through the manufacturing facility. This Project Manager II will ensure proper estimation, coordinate scope and changes with clients, maintain production scheduling, and ensure that the project is running on time. The Project Manager II will also work closely with executives to strategize and develop long-term plans that usher in new levels of productivity and success.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of projects up to completion to ensure that they are finished on time, within budget, and within scope
  • Work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within applicable scope and budget
  • Sets deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress of projects
  • Prepare project status reports for upper management
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Operations Officer in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
  • Work with the project team in the development of financial and budgetary plans
  • Analyze current operational processes and performance while recommending solutions for improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing and project management environment
  • Experience and knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles such as finance, customer service, production, and employee management
  • Ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Implement and streamline new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands
