Familiarity with project management software (such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira) and certifications like PMP or CAPM can be highly beneficial. Excellent communication, stress management, and problem-solving skills are critical for overseeing teams and handling unexpected challenges during off-hours. These skills ensure that projects progress smoothly overnight, deadlines are met, and team members receive the guidance and support they need.
