Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Project Manager to collaborate with project leadership, clients and others to effectively lead multidisciplinary teams in the design and delivery of projects. The preferred candidate has 7+ years of professional experience in the AEC industry with 2+ years of project management experience across all project phases.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Managing the day-to-day activities and deliverables of assigned projects, ensuring alignment of resources, quality of deliverables and accuracy of financial management.
  • Assisting with preparation of comprehensive fee proposals, detailed work plans, and defining staffing requirements.
  • Fostering ongoing communication through team meetings, minutes and update memos to project teams and consultants.
  • Managing project budget, work plans, consultant coordination and schedule, tracking fees and ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.
  • Conducting site visits as needed to monitor construction progress, quality and compliance with project documents.
  • Building and sustaining cooperative and respectful work relationships with clients and all other external stakeholders as well as fostering a collaborative relationship with the Project Leadership Team.
Requirements for Success
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity and development of project phasing.
  • Working knowledge of advanced project delivery methods, drawing software, and production processes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of design principles, construction methodologies, and material applications.
  • Proficiency with project management software such as Asana or other collaboration tools to track performance metrics, project deadlines, and team goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational skills including time management, prioritization, and financial management.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and team-oriented mindset that encourages effective collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead meetings and manage agendas ensuring alignment between departmental and leadership objectives.
  • Skilled in relationship-building and business development activities.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree (or equivalent) in Architecture or related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in AEC industry with 2+ years of project management experience across all project phases.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional licensure as an Architect, Interior Designer or Engineer.
  • Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint.
  • NCAARB or NCIDQ registration.
  • LEED certification is preferred.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management coursework.
Additional Details
  • Travel may be required.
  • Position requires ability to access and move through construction sites safely, including areas under active development.
Compensation
  • The projected salary range for this opportunity is $115,833 - $125,791 annually, and may be more or less depending on skills, experience, and education.
