Job description

Associate Project Manager

EPP Resources, LLC — Owner’s Representative Project Coordination (Junior)

ABOUT ENERGY PROJECT PARTNERS

Energy Project Partners (EPP) is a rapidly expanding energy project services firm providing project management, owner’s representation, field services, QA/QC, digital solutions, and technical consulting across a broad range of major capital and utility-scale energy projects in the U.S. Through our integrated divisions — EPP Resources, EPP Field Services, and EPP Digital Solutions — we combine people, processes, and technology to deliver industry-leading results.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Associate Project Manager (APM) is a junior, owner’s representative project management role that functions as the project coordinator on utility-scale energy projects — wind, solar, and battery-energy-storage (BESS) — as a member of EPP’s Project Management Solutions (PMS) team. Working on behalf of the owner and supporting the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, the APM owns the administrative and documentation backbone of project delivery, working heavily in tools like Procore to manage submittals, RFIs, and document transmittals.

The APM reports to the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within the project organization and to the Director – Resource Solutions within the EPP Resources division. Beyond documentation, the APM facilitates contract management, pay-application processing, change-order execution, and owner-furnished-equipment coordination, and takes on tasks delegated by the PM while developing toward independent project management.

Reports to: Project Manager or Senior Project Manager (project); Director – Resource Solutions (EPP Resources division)     Division: EPP Resources, LLC — Project Management Solutions (PMS)

  • Assist in procurement management of owner-furnished equipment (OFE), including coordinating deliveries with contractors.
  • Track equipment status, logistics, and related documentation.

PM Support & Development

  • Assist the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with delegated tasks across the project lifecycle.
  • Build working knowledge of owner’s-rep project delivery and EPP’s project management methodology.
  • Follow all quality and safety requirements on behalf of the owner.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
