Position: Project Manager

The client collaborates closely with affiliated teams to deliver seamless construction solutions for educational, institutional, medical, industrial, public, and retail projects while maintaining a commitment to quality service, craftsmanship, and project excellence.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager position located in the Quad Cities Metropolitan Area.

The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day commercial construction project operations while ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources

  • Coordinate project activities and workflows

  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion

  • Manage project quality and safety requirements

  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and inspectors

  • Lead project teams and maintain effective communication

Qualifications

  • Experience with Expediting and project coordination

  • Strong Project Management experience

  • Inspection experience

  • Logistics Management skills

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations

  • PMP or CCM Certification preferred
