About the Client
Join a globally recognized, independent leader in control systems integration and building technologies. This organization is renowned for delivering cutting-edge automation solutions for massive commercial, industrial, and mission-critical facilities. You will be joining a rapidly growing Building Automation team that values innovation, quality, and leadership. If you are passionate about driving projects from inception to successful completion while working with the latest technologies (Rockwell, Schneider, AVEVA), this is the place to elevate your career.

You will have full ownership of project lifecycles—managing projects from start to finish while providing high-level leadership to a team of engineers. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of commercial acumen (financials, forecasting, invoicing, change orders) and technical understanding of HVAC and building automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive project margin accountability and implement strategies to ensure financial health and profitability.

Manage comprehensive project financials, including cost projections, cash flow reporting, and monthly job invoicing.

Establish, carefully monitor, and enforce project schedules to guarantee timely completion.

Forecast project resources accurately and present scope, schedule, and resource plans to Regional Leadership.

Serve as the primary commercial contact for customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Negotiate Terms & Conditions with customers and efficiently quantify and draft change orders.

Identify, monitor, and mitigate potential sources of project risk.

Determine root causes of project deviations and execute recommended corrective actions.

Manage large-scale projects or multiple concurrent projects seamlessly.

Enforce quality plans, engineering standards, and contribute to the Quality Management System (QMS).

Provide technical guidance to the project team and balance project finances with team development.

Contribute to the continuous development of internal project management tools.

Qualifications & Requirements:

3 to 5 years of proven project leadership experience (Project Manager or Technical Lead).

Strong background in organizing, scheduling, and leading meetings with internal teams and external customers.

Basic technical understanding of HVAC systems in large Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS).

Familiarity with sequences of operations, P&IDs for HVAC and plant utilities, and instrumentation/control valves.

Experience with Building Automation and/or Industrial Controls (Rockwell, Schneider, AVEVA, Inductive Automation).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Microsoft Project.

Exceptional communication, planning, organizational, leadership, and motivational skills.

Onsite commissioning experience is highly preferred.
