Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Vancouver, BC
Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare is non-negotiable.

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will oversee large-scale transformation programs, manage executive stakeholders, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex enterprise projects and transformation initiatives.
  • Develop strategic project roadmaps and implementation plans.
  • Manage project governance, budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Coordinate business and technology teams across multiple workstreams.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder communications.
  • Support organizational change management activities.
  • Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives.
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Monitor project performance and delivery metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience as a Senior Project Manager in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide projects and programs.
  • Strong stakeholder and executive management skills.
