Job description

Reno Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is looking for a skilled recruiter for our unique positions within the hospital! This position will be responsible for attending job fairs, working with local high schools, colleges, local and state services to increase our recruitment pool. The position will also require use of all social media outlets and the availability to think outside "the normal" routes of recruitment. This person must be well organized and able to interact with both staff and external contacts (at all levels), and be flexible, resourceful and highly efficient. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of Reno Behavioral Healthcare Hospital. This position will work Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8am - 5pm with some flexibility based on needs.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Associates degree and/or Certifications in Human Resources/Business/Healthcare
  • At least one (1) year of Hospital Recruitment/RN and Licensed Therapist Recruitment experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Workable ATS and UKG preferred
  • Knowledge of both Federal and State Labor Laws preferred
