Job Description:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong expertise in Project Management / Program Management / Delivery Management
  • Proven experience as Technical Delivery Lead for enterprise applications
  • Deep understanding of Healthcare processes (Enrollment, Eligibility, Benefits, Claims Adjudication, Billing, Provider Management, compliance)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.) [
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional and distributed teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, integrations, and data standards
