What You\'ll Do

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, milestones, risk logs, issue trackers, communication plans, and status updates for each assigned conversion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project work across all departments, including IT, Operations, Revenue Cycle Management, practice leadership, and vendor teams, to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, questions, escalations, and follow-up items.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, assign action items, and follow up with owners to keep project work moving forward.
  • Identify project risks, blockers, resource constraints, and timeline concerns early; escalate appropriately and help drive resolution.
  • Ensure milestones are completed with appropriate attention to data integrity, security, compliance, audit needs, and operational continuity.
  • Track post-go-live issues, coordinate stabilization support, and ensure lessons learned are captured for continuous improvement.
Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, competing deadlines, and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear updates to leadership, vendors, and practice teams.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and holding stakeholders accountable for assigned deliverables.
  • Experience in healthcare, dental, practice management systems, revenue cycle, or clinical systems is preferred.
